4. Shipping and Delivery

Klyverro currently ships to the United States.

The available delivery services and charges are as follows.

Standard Shipping

• Shipping Fee: Free for orders of $29.00 USD or more.

• Estimated Transit Time: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Orders below $29.00 USD do not qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

• Shipping Fee: $23.99 USD.

• Estimated Transit Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch, where available.

The expedited shipping fee applies when this service is selected. Free standard shipping does not include expedited delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, address errors, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Orders may be fulfilled through our facilities or third-party fulfillment partners, and the dispatch location may differ from our registered business address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may be submitted for return within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protections.

For change-of-mind returns, products should generally be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and included components where applicable. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Where a return is required for a qualifying product issue, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping costs.

For approved returns, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds approved without a return are generally issued within 5–10 business days after approval.

For successful cancellations before dispatch, the full amount paid, including any shipping charge, will be refunded within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Please obtain approval and return instructions before sending any product back. Our registered business address is not an authorized return destination unless our customer support team specifically confirms otherwise.
